Q. Where are you located?
A. We believe that our surroundings have a profound effect on our product. So we
did an exhaustive search for the most beautiful suburban setting we could find. Our
headquarters are located in Maryland, an equal distance between the state capital
Annapolis and the national capital Washington DC.
Q. How did you learn all this stuff?
A. The head of our design team is a programming veteran with 15 years of
experience under her belt. She also holds one of Microsoft Corporations highest levels
of certification, the MCSD (Microsoft Certified Solutions
Developer.)
Q. What do I do if there is a problem with my site?
A. Let us know. We will supply support to you and have maintenance plans
available. Do to the complexity of the Internet some difficulties are beyond our
control. Such as individual difficulties with a users computer, network difficulties
with the Internets infrastructure and display differences with AOL
or other proprietary
non-compliant browsers.
